We are seeking a highly intelligent and professional Financial Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of financial products, including Life Insurance, Personalized Investment Products, Pure Protection Products, and Endowment Products, to both prospective and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and current clients.
- Assist clients in selecting coverage options that best suit their individual and family needs.
- Recommend modifications and updates to clients' existing insurance policies.
- Market the company’s Pension options (Annuity for Life) to newly retired individuals and existing retirees from private companies, as well as state and federal government organizations enrolled in program withdrawal.
- Prospect within multinational corporations, submit proposals, and market the company’s investment-linked products and pure protection plans to clients across different states.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely payment of monthly premiums.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support continuous sales growth.
- Promote the benefits of life insurance to potential clients in private, federal, and state organizations within Lagos State.
Requirements
- No prior experience required – successful candidates will undergo professional sales and marketing training.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
