Job Description
We’re looking for a smart, organized, and proactive assistant to work directly with the founder on multiple exciting projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and task follow-ups
- Coordinating content workflows
- Managing operations and handling communications
This is a 1-month paid volunteer role with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.
Job Requirements
- Must be based in Abuja
- Highly organized & self-driven
- Excellent written communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar & Trello
- Ability to multitask across different projects
- Experience in admin, operations, or content coordination is a plus
Salary & Job Conditions
- ₦40,000 for the 1-month volunteer period
- ₦70,000/month if retained as full-time
