Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled Surveyors to carry out land measurement, data collection, and analysis using professional surveying tools and software. Candidates must possess hands-on experience in fieldwork, quality control, data processing, and mapping. Ideal applicants should be detail-oriented with sound technical knowledge and the ability to work independently on land acquisition and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate GPS-RTK, Total Station, Water Level Gauge, and other survey equipment
- Utilize AutoCAD, EPS, OVITA mapping, and similar tools for data processing
- Conduct accurate field measurements and perform quality control analysis
- Carry out coordinate conversions and other technical calculations
- Prepare detailed survey reports, records, and documentation
- Collaborate with project and engineering teams on development efforts
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards and safety protocols
- Prioritize candidates with hands-on surveying experience
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Practical experience in land surveying is highly desirable
- Proficiency with surveying equipment and mapping software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to conduct fieldwork and operate independently
- Good communication and problem-solving capabilities
