Position Summary: Inspire Polytechnic is seeking a Sales Marketer to develop and implement effective strategies that drive revenue growth and customer base expansion. This role requires a dynamic individual with a solid background in sales and marketing, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales and marketing plans to meet business goals
- Generate new leads through networking, cold-calling, and follow-ups
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to align objectives
- Analyze sales trends and market insights to refine sales strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
