Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Planning Designers to lead the master planning and layout design of industrial parks in Ode-Remo. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in urban planning, architecture, and land-use design. This role involves creating sustainable development plans, conducting industry research, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth industry research and policy analysis to inform planning strategy
- Design conceptual layouts covering land use, infrastructure, and zoning for industrial parks
- Collaborate with architectural and engineering teams for integrated planning execution
- Prepare detailed planning proposals, reports, diagrams, and visual presentations
- Ensure compliance with local planning laws, zoning regulations, and environmental standards
- Maximize land efficiency and infrastructure functionality through smart design strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in urban planning or development projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and planning software tools
- Strong understanding of land-use regulations, environmental policies, and infrastructure planning
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills
