Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our land acquisition and leasing initiatives. The ideal candidate will handle business negotiations, perform due diligence, manage contract processes, and drive successful land transactions aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute land purchase and lease plans within set timelines
• Negotiate with landowners, conduct background checks, and verify land details
• Report negotiation outcomes, track contracts, and ensure acquisition completion
• Apply sales or leasing experience to support deal closure
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive smooth processes
• Conduct market research, planning, and proposal development
• Organize and archive all documentation and contracts
• Travel for site assessments and land investigations
• Use knowledge in finance, real estate, or urban planning to support decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Real Estate, Economics, Urban Planning, or related field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects, research markets, and analyze data
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills
• Willingness to travel for field assignments
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
