We are currently seeking a talented Social Media / Digital Marketer to join our team and enhance our brand’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content, including text, images, videos, and stories.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and influencers to enhance brand presence.
Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and email marketing.
- Optimize website and social media content for SEO and organic reach.
- Run paid social media ads and Google Ads, ensuring budget efficiency and high ROI.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and manage content calendars to align with marketing goals.
- Write compelling blog posts, ad copies, and social media captions.
- Utilize graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) to create visual content.
- Edit and optimize video content for social platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize content and ad performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and conversions.
Brand Awareness & Growth Strategies
- Identify trends and opportunities to grow audience reach.
- Stay updated with digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for promotions.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns.
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and SEO principles.
- Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability.
