We are currently seeking a talented Social Media / Digital Marketer to join our team and enhance our brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content, including text, images, videos, and stories.
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and influencers to enhance brand presence.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and email marketing.
  • Optimize website and social media content for SEO and organic reach.
  • Run paid social media ads and Google Ads, ensuring budget efficiency and high ROI.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and manage content calendars to align with marketing goals.
  • Write compelling blog posts, ad copies, and social media captions.
  • Utilize graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) to create visual content.
  • Edit and optimize video content for social platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize content and ad performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and conversions.

Brand Awareness & Growth Strategies

  • Identify trends and opportunities to grow audience reach.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for promotions.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns.

Key Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and SEO principles.
  • Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability.
