Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and results-driven Relationship Manager with strong deposit mobilization and customer acquisition skills. The ideal candidate will build client relationships, generate leads, and drive sales in real estate.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote Rich-Hoods' real estate services.
✔️ Ensure exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
✔️ Generate sales leads and expand the customer base.
✔️ Achieve performance targets within the assigned timeframe.
✔️ Adhere to standard business and operational procedures.
Job Requirements
✔️ HND/B.Sc in any discipline.
✔️ Minimum of 1 year experience in sales & customer service.
✔️ OND holders with 2+ years of relevant experience may be considered.
✔️ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔️ Friendly, approachable, and professional personality.
✔️ Basic computer proficiency and reporting skills.
Salary & Benefits
💰 ₦600,000 – ₦1,000,000 per annum (Allowance)
📈 10% – 30% commission on transactions
