Responsibilities:
- Source and identify quality candidates using various recruitment platforms.
- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and ensure timely hiring for clients.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver top candidates.
Requirements:
- Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment (agency or platform experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of online sourcing tools and job platforms.
- Proven ability to identify, attract, and assess high-quality talent.
- Excellent communication and interview skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage recruitment tasks independently.
Salary & Benefits:
- ₦60,000 monthly salary
