A growing recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong ability to source top talent and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. If you have a keen eye for identifying high-quality candidates and can efficiently oversee hiring, this is a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify quality candidates using various recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline and ensure timely hiring for clients.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver top candidates.

Requirements:

  • Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment (agency or platform experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of online sourcing tools and job platforms.
  • Proven ability to identify, attract, and assess high-quality talent.
  • Excellent communication and interview skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage recruitment tasks independently.

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₦60,000 monthly salary
