Job Summary

A reputable company in Ikoyi, Lagos is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategies, manage talent, and drive organizational development. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

Oversee talent management, employee relations, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.

Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.

Provide leadership in recruitment, training, and employee engagement.

Analyze HR data to make informed decisions and improve processes.

Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee experience.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations.

Proven ability to drive HR strategies and talent management initiatives.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI are a plus.
