Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hub Manager/Controller to oversee our Lagos operations. This role involves managing daily workflows, leading staff, and ensuring high service and safety standards across all hubs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in hub operations and logistics management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hub operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement operational policies to enhance productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage logistics and inventory to ensure timely service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to align operations with business goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- 0 - 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
