Location: Awka, Anambra

Job Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Officer to manage inventory, coordinate warehouse operations, and ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and warehouse best practices.
• Implement 5S housekeeping practices.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies promptly.
• Enforce security protocols to prevent theft and unauthorized access.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation for efficient deliveries.
• Work closely with production and procurement teams to optimize supply chain flow.

Skills & Qualifications

• HND/B.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics management (manufacturing or industrial sector preferred).
• Strong sense of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with warehouse and logistics management systems.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask effectively.
• Understanding of inventory control, stock movement, and documentation.
