Location: Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria
Salary: ₦100,000 - ₦120,000 (based on experience)
Role Function:
The Store Assistant is the first point of contact for walk-in customers at our physical store in Surulere. She helps buyers find what they need and provides solutions to their product inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take clients’ purchase orders and pass them to the relevant unit.
- Provide clients with helpful product information to assist their purchasing decisions.
- Document and record orders on the POS system.
- Liaise with the relevant team to ensure clients receive their orders.
- Respond to clients on social platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- A polite and tech-savvy female.
- HND or BSc in any discipline.
- Must reside in the Yaba-Surulere axis.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in sales and client service.
- Interior styling & flower décor experience is an added advantage.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable using social media applications like WhatsApp and Instagram.
