Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee and manage the entire production process of our fashion pieces. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of garment manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire production cycle, from fabric sourcing to final garment production.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and are produced within deadlines.
• Supervise and coordinate with tailors, designers, and other production staff to optimize workflow.
• Develop and implement production schedules for timely delivery of collections.
• Maintain and improve efficiency in production while minimizing waste and costs.
• Handle inventory management and ensure fabrics are adequately stocked.
• Work closely with the design and sales teams to align production with market demands.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure safety and compliance regulations are met within the production facility.

Work Model

Hybrid (Combination of in-office and on-site production supervision)

Work Hours

Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 7 PM (with occasional weekend work during peak production periods)

Remuneration

₦250,000+ (Competitive and based on experience)
