Job Summary
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing processes, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and adherence to best manufacturing practices while leading a team to achieve operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets are met efficiently.
- Supervise machine operators and factory staff, enforcing safety and quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules, raw material usage, and process optimization.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor operational issues.
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing processes.
- Apply best practices such as 5S, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Work closely with the Quality Control team to maintain product standards.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Preferably BSc/HND in an Engineering field.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial production.
- Strong knowledge of factory operations, equipment, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with 5S, TPM, GMP, and other best manufacturing practices.
- Ability to lead a team, enforce discipline, and maintain high efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
