Job Summary
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and lead the maintenance team, ensuring optimal factory equipment performance, reducing downtime, and implementing preventive maintenance programs following best industry practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and train the maintenance team for effective machine upkeep.
- Develop and implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose and resolve faults in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ensure all factory equipment operates at peak efficiency to support production goals.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting industrial machines & automation systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a maintenance team.
