Job Summary
We are looking for an Inventory Control Analyst to monitor stock levels, analyze inventory data, and implement control measures to optimize material availability, reduce waste, and ensure accurate reporting while maintaining strict adherence to best inventory management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze inventory data to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent shortages and overages.
- Conduct regular audits and reconcile discrepancies in stock records.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to streamline inventory flow.
- Manage mold inventory, including tracking usage, condition, and maintenance schedules.
- Utilize inventory management systems for real-time tracking and reporting.
- Generate reports on inventory performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain strict accuracy and integrity in all inventory records.
Skills & Qualifications
- HND/BSc. in Supply Chain Management or an Engineering-related field.
- 3+ years of experience in inventory analysis and control (manufacturing sector preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of inventory best practices such as FIFO, JIT (Just-in-Time), and Lean principles.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
