Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Lead to oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy enforcement to build a high-performing and compliant workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Develop and enforce HR policies, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Implement employee engagement, training, and retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Work closely with operations and management teams to build a high-performing workforce.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR leadership (preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments).
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution effectively.
• Professional HR certifications will be an advantage.
