A leading FinTech company is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join its team in Port Harcourt, Rivers. This is a permanent onsite role in the finance and technology industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of bespoke applications for the organization.
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Collaborate with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
- Architect, design, and implement new features to enhance existing applications.
- Coordinate the testing and release of all company software solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior software engineers.
- Conduct code reviews for existing and newly developed applications.
- Test new software technologies to ensure they meet security and operational requirements.
- Implement software fixes and upgrades as needed.
- Create and maintain database designs for data storage and processing.
- Integrate internal and external APIs into existing projects.
- Manage the organization’s repository and version control systems.
- Develop technical documentation for all in-house software solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React, etc.).
- Experience in database management and API integration.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and lifecycle management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
