Job Overview:
The Fashion Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Create visual merchandising displays that attract customers.
- Analyze sales trends and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and market developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in retail sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of fashion industry trends.
