Location: Lagos
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field AND 6+ years of experience in:
- Customer Success
- Solution Delivery
- Practice Management
- Customer-Facing Consulting
- Portfolio Management
OR
- Master’s Degree in the above fields AND 4+ years of experience in the areas mentioned.
OR - Equivalent experience in a similar role.
