We are expanding and looking for a Front Desk Admin to join our team at Aimtoget Technology Limited in Ibadan.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Ensure effective and efficient communication with customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office space.
- Assist with office tasks as needed.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Provide timely feedback to management and customers.
Requirements:
- Must be 26 years or younger.
- Knowledge of customer support is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
