We are expanding and looking for a Front Desk Admin to join our team at Aimtoget Technology Limited in Ibadan.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Ensure effective and efficient communication with customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office space.
  • Assist with office tasks as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Provide timely feedback to management and customers.

Requirements:

  • Must be 26 years or younger.
  • Knowledge of customer support is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
