Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee operations, improve efficiency, and ensure high-quality production. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in factory management, process optimization, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve output and reduce costs.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead and supervise factory staff, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Manage raw material procurement, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
• Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure maintenance of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and drive business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or related fields (preferred).
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in Factory Management or Operations Management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing factory operations.
