Job Summary

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, generating business opportunities, and supporting our sales pipeline. If you have a passion for sales and people, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Present our products/services to prospective customers.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
  • Schedule meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a similar sales or business development role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
