Job Summary
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, generating business opportunities, and supporting our sales pipeline. If you have a passion for sales and people, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Present our products/services to prospective customers.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
- Schedule meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar sales or business development role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
