Job Summary

TGI Distri Limited is looking for a skilled Assistant Logistics Manager to oversee transportation, order processing, and delivery operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in FMCG logistics, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze logistics data to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure trucks are available for daily order fulfillment.

  • Process and dispatch sales orders on time.

  • Coordinate with transporters for timely delivery within the expected lead time.

  • Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

  • Prepare and share daily dispatch reports, escalating any issues related to transit shortages, damages, and truck breakdowns.

  • Maintain a good relationship with logistics service providers.

  • Ensure compliance with government laws and company policies.

  • Follow health and safety regulations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum of HND in any related discipline.

  • 4+ years of experience in FMCG logistics.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to use basic data analysis tools for reporting.
