Job Summary
TGI Distri Limited is looking for a skilled Assistant Logistics Manager to oversee transportation, order processing, and delivery operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in FMCG logistics, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze logistics data to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure trucks are available for daily order fulfillment.
- Process and dispatch sales orders on time.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely delivery within the expected lead time.
- Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Prepare and share daily dispatch reports, escalating any issues related to transit shortages, damages, and truck breakdowns.
- Maintain a good relationship with logistics service providers.
- Ensure compliance with government laws and company policies.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of HND in any related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in FMCG logistics.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use basic data analysis tools for reporting.
- Attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
- High level of integrity.
- Team player with excellent coordination skills.
- Ability to adapt to change.
