Job Summary

Are you passionate about supporting impactful programs through effective grant management? Do you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a drive to support mission-driven work? We are looking for an Assistant Grants Manager (Volunteer) to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and submitting grant proposals and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and organized grant records and documentation.
  • Track grant deadlines, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
  • Support budgeting and financial tracking of grant-funded projects.
  • Collaborate with program staff to monitor grant activities and expenditures.
  • Assist in coordinating audits and donor evaluations.
  • Stay up to date with donor regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in grants management or administration.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with grants databases is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
