Job Summary
Are you passionate about supporting impactful programs through effective grant management? Do you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a drive to support mission-driven work? We are looking for an Assistant Grants Manager (Volunteer) to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and submitting grant proposals and reports.
- Maintain accurate and organized grant records and documentation.
- Track grant deadlines, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
- Support budgeting and financial tracking of grant-funded projects.
- Collaborate with program staff to monitor grant activities and expenditures.
- Assist in coordinating audits and donor evaluations.
- Stay up to date with donor regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in grants management or administration.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with grants databases is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
