Job Summary
We are hiring an Assistant Creative Director to support our Creative Director in designing and executing bespoke fashion collections. If you have strong sketching skills, a passion for fashion, and expertise in fabric selection, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing unique, custom-made designs aligned with Dassah’s brand vision.
Create hand-drawn and digital sketches for design visualization.
Research fabric types, embellishments, and finishing techniques for premium designs.
Work closely with tailors, pattern makers, and production teams to ensure design precision.
Maintain high-quality standards and ensure garments meet client specifications.
Contribute to seasonal themes, mood boards, and design inspirations.
Support branding efforts, photoshoots, and visual storytelling with the marketing team.
Manage project timelines and ensure the timely delivery of bespoke pieces.
Job Requirements
Strong hand-drawn and digital sketching skills are a must.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other fashion design software is a plus.
Deep understanding of bespoke tailoring, garment construction, and fabric selection.
Experience in high-end fashion, bridal, or custom wear is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Work Hours
📅 Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Flexible based on project deadlines)
